"Agilitas is an established business in the Technology Channel which, through Channel Partners, supports the critical infrastructure of some of the biggest brands in the world across multiple sectors. People are at the heart of all we do to ensure that we provide first class and seamless customer service.  It’s important that our staff are engaged, energised and effective to ensure we manage the high demands of our business.

The professional and expert support and guidance from any-3, which helped Agilitas navigate our employee engagement has been invaluable. We were given really useful advice and guidance so that we could overcome hurdles quickly and achieve meaningful results for our business, identifying areas for improvement and evidencing our strengths.  

Staff engagement has on average been strong across three surveys at circa 70%. Our employee turnover has not significantly changed from April 2023 at 6% to now (5%) and our work with any3 has been integral to stabilising our workforce and developing a great employee culture during a term of significant organisational change. Our sickness levels have also improved from 6.7 days average per employee to 3.6 days average per employee in a rolling 12-month period.  Any-3’s expertise has been integral in achieving this."
