‍any-3: now carbon neutral ahead of our 2028 target

‍We measured our 2025 organisational carbon footprint at 12.16 tonnes CO₂e, calculated in line with the GHG Protocol and the PPN 06/21 reporting standard. We compensated for these emissions in full by purchasing and retiring 13 tonnes of independently verified, permanent carbon removal — carbon physically taken out of the atmosphere, not avoidance offsets:

• 10 tonnes of Gold Standard – certified reforestation in Costa Rica (retirement certificate)

• 3 tonnes of Puro.earth – certified biochar, durably stored for over 100 years (retirement record)

We remain committed to reducing our actual emissions year on year, with offsetting reserved only for the residual footprint we cannot yet eliminate.

Alongside this, several of our team generate renewable electricity at home — over 26,000 kWh in the past year — reducing the emissions from our fully remote way of working. We offer solar panel incentives/eco-grants for employees to help achieve this. 

We aim to ensure our own activities, those of our supply chain and of our partners operate without recourse to modern slavery or human trafficking. The statement sets down any-3's commitment to this end and the steps we have put in place to ensure it.
