any-3 works with leading industrial distributor Rubix to support the company’s employee engagement programme. Peter Tilley, Group Marketing and Communications Director explained how partnering with any-3 has helped improve business performance:

“Rubix is Europe’s largest supplier of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services. The company’s over 10,000+ staff encompass several brands across Europe and identify, install and provide a leading range of industrial products and services to over 200,000 customers.  

With specialist staff spread across Europe, covering multiple industries, and plans for new acquisitions we needed to build, and maintain, a culture across the group to ensure employees are engaged and able to perform at their best in fast-moving environments. In 2018 we began working with any-3 to develop an employee engagement programme which has provided insight and improved the culture and engagement every year. The support provided by any-3 is excellent. Their solution is flexible and can be used wherever and whenever by our colleagues in all countries and languages and on any device, giving high response rates and levels of action to improve business performance. 

Engagement has improved enormously, providing Rubix’s management with the confidence that new company initiatives are understood and supported by its team. This in turn affects customers as measured in our annual customer experience survey, also led by any-3. Additionally, at Rubix we have the ambition of transforming the delivery of industrial products and solutions for its customers across Europe. As part of this ambition we worked with a team of specialist providers, including any-3 who gathered data to help create the Rubix Uptime Index – a new health indicator for the European manufacturing sector. The Index aims to offer a unique perspective into the confidence of manufacturers when it comes to maintaining operational continuity and resilience, from insights received from almost 7,000 industry professionals at some of Europe's leading manufacturers. any-3 has provided valuable expertise to help us achieve this.”
