We’re based in the UK and have been in business since 2005, working with large (100,000+ employees) and small clients across the world.

Our team works closely with clients, providing guidance and ‘nudges’ to participants, ensuring priorities are identified, actioned and improvements are kept on track. Most importantly, we measure the effect of these actions and the change in engagement and in performance metrics over time - such as output measures, sales margin, sick leave and staff retention.

 We’re focused on results – and making these digestible, whether the focus is on employees at individual or team level, or on customers.
